Simon Lim Yong Hiang is Vice President, Listings, at Singapore Exchange’s Markets Group.
Simon was Deputy Director of Infocomm Investments Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) for 8 years where he originated, evaluated & executed private equity investment opportunities worldwide, and managed a portfolio of investee companies to support the growth of the IT and telecommunications industries in Singapore.
Before joining IDA in 1998, Simon had more than five years of experience in the private and public sectors in equity investment analysis, marketing and business development.  He was an Investment Analyst with Smith Barney Shearson HG Asia Securities and ABN Amro Asia Securities (S) Pte Ltd from 1993 till 1995, and in that capacity he acted as an investment representative to institutional investors and fund managers.  Simon also held the positions of Assistant Director at Singapore's Ministry of Trade & Industry, and Country Manager, Malaysia & Brunei, with Singapore Tourism Board.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics, from the National University of Singapore.  He also attended the Asian Business Executive Programme to Tsinghua University in Beijing, P.R.C.  He is a Full Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and held a past directorship in System Access Limited.
A diving enthusiast, Simon has participated in Operation Wallacea, a diving expedition off the coastal islands of Sulawesi, Indonesia, and is also a certified Rescue Diver by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors.

Jon Edwards
Senior Manager – International Business Development

Jon Edwards is responsible for developing the London Stock Exchange’s business in Russia. Helping potential listed companies and their advisers reach an informed decision on London and making introductions to the London-based community to facilitate an effective listing process are key elements of Jon’s role.
Mr. Edwards studied at Columbia University where he received his BA degree in Russian studies and joint JD/MBA degree in business and law.  He joined the London Stock Exchange in August 2003, before which he worked on private equity transactions for Incepta Ventures UK Limited, Delta Capital and BNP-Invest.  Mr. Edwards has more than ten years of experience working with Russian companies in the natural resources, consumer products and pharmaceuticals sectors. 

Paulina McGroarty
Managing Director, responsible for Europe and Africa
MSc (Econ), London School of Economics and BA (Hons), Richmond College, an American University in London.  Eleven years experience in a variety of sales, research and management positions with Baring Asset Management, and equity divisions of Lehman Brothers and Credit Lyonnais in London.
Since 2004, Managing Director, Corporate Client Group at the NASDAQ Stock Market, responsible for relationship management and new business development in Russia, South Africa, the Netherlands and the Nordic Region.

Aaron Goldstein
Head of Russia/CIS Business Development, International Listings at Euronext Stock Exchange
Mr. Goldstein is based in London and is Deputy Director at International Listings, at Euronext Stock Exchange.  He is responsible for developing Euronext's business in Russia and CIS. The International Listings team helps potential listed companies and their advisers to make an informed decision on Euronext and makes introductions to the European based community of investors in order to facilitate an effective listing process.
Mr. Goldstein worked in London as an investment banker with several financial institutions concentrating primarily on Russia and CIS.  Mr. Goldstein has also practiced securities law and international finance law in New York and London.

Ludwik Sobolewski , LLD
President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange A graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow (LLM) and the Panthéon-Assass University (Paris II) - doctoral studies. Doctor of Laws (LLD) and Legal Counsel. Member of the International Bar Association. In the course of his career, Mr Sobolewski worked at the Law and Administration Faculty of the Jagiellonian University (1989-1995), in the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Poland (1992-1993) and as an Advisor to the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (1994). From 1994 to 2006 Mr Sobolewski was the Executive Vice President of the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities. As of June 28, 2006 - President of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board. As of June the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the National Depository for Securities. Former Arbitrator at the Warsaw Stock Exchange Court and at the Court of Arbitration of the National Depository for Securities. Worked with the Bureau of the Government Plenipotentiary for Pension System Reform (1997-1998). Expert of many Sejm (Parliament) and Senate commissions. Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Exchange Centre. From 1997 to 2002 Associate at the Faculty of Management of the Warsaw University (Civil Law Issues in Management Department). From 2005 the Executive MBA lecturer in Legal Aspects of Managerial Decisions (a joint program run by the Universities of Warsaw and Illinois). From 2005, Member of the European Commission's Legal Certainty Group. From 2006, President of the Association of Polish Lawyers. Rainer Riess
Rainer Riess is Member of the Management Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Managing Director Stock Market Business Development at Deutsche Börse. He is responsible for sales and marketing, product design and issuer relations of all cash market activities of Deutsche Börse AG, comprising of the electronic trading system Xetra^® and the floor of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Currently, more than 250 member institutions from 18 countries use the Xetra system. Altogether, the cash market of Deutsche Börse comprises of more than 110,000 stocks, bonds, exchange-traded and actively managed funds, certificates and warrants.
His past experience within Deutsche Börse Group has included managing the Primary Markets department for all listing business, creating the Neuer Markt and shaping the development of the German and European equity market and its regulatory structure. He worked on several product innovations and introductions such as the Xetra trading system, the exchange-traded funds business (XTF^® segment), the introduction of the Equity CCP and enhancements of the specialist trading functionalities.
Rainer Riess holds a Masters of Arts in Economics from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami. He is a former Fulbright scholar.

Margolit Gennady
Gennady Margolit graduated from The Plekhanov Institute of National Economy in 1982, Post Graduate School of State Academy of Management in 1992.
Gennady worked in Russian Academy of Since. After one year The World Bank training Course of the Market Economy, based on The Joint Vienna Institute (Vienne), in the 1994 he joined The MICEX group (Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange). Gennady run the way from the Leading Economist to the Head of Securities Market Division of the MICEX Stock Exchange. In recent years Gennady Margolit takes up a position of the Deputy General Director of the MICEX Stock Exchange.
